Ekamuthu Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ekamuthu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account, impersonate another person, or use Ekamuthu in a way that interferes with other players, courts, or the service.

3. Bookings and Games

Ekamuthu helps players discover courts, book play time, create or join games, invite players, and manage recurring bookings. You are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirming and for following the policies of the court where you play.

Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, refunds, and court-specific rules may be handled according to the relevant court or venue policy. Ekamuthu may show trust signals such as player reviews, strike records, or participation history to support safer and more reliable games.

4. Player Conduct

You agree to treat other players, court staff, and administrators respectfully. You must not harass others, submit false information, misuse invitations or join requests, disrupt games, attempt to bypass app restrictions, or use Ekamuthu for unlawful activity.

5. User Content

You may provide profile details, game-related information, reviews, requests, and other content through Ekamuthu. You remain responsible for the content you provide. You grant Ekamuthu permission to use, display, store, and process that content as needed to operate the app and related services.

6. Notifications

Ekamuthu may send push notifications or in-app notifications about account activity, bookings, invites, game reminders, game updates, and player interactions. You can manage push notification permission through your device settings.

7. Account Deletion and Termination

You can request account deletion in the app profile area. You may need to clear active games or recurring bookings before deletion is completed. We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used in a way that violates these Terms, harms other users, or creates risk for courts or the service.

8. Service Availability

Ekamuthu is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekamuthu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, court bookings, games, or interactions with other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ekamuthu will be subject to the courts of Sri Lanka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
