Delete Your Ekamuthu Account

Request account deletion in the app

Open Ekamuthu, go to your profile or account settings, and choose the account deletion option. Follow the on-screen steps to submit your request.

For booking integrity, you may need to leave or clear active games, pending invitations, active bookings, or recurring bookings before deletion can be completed.

If you cannot access the app

Email lahiruback@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Ekamuthu account, or include the phone number linked to your account. Use the subject line "Delete my Ekamuthu account" so we can identify the request.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we deactivate the account and remove or anonymize personal profile details where practical, including your name, username, email address, phone number, profile details, friend relationships, and notification tokens.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where needed for completed bookings, game history, court operations, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days after we verify the account and confirm there are no blocking active bookings, games, or recurring bookings.
